We are seeking a dynamic Wine Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales initiatives.Job Summary: As the Wine Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team, develop strategies to expand our market presence, and enhance relationships with clients in the hospitality and retail sectors. Salary: 3500 EUR GROSSKey Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the wine sector.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and exceed goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Polish market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including restaurants, hotels, and retailers.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Organize wine tastings, events, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the wine or beverage industry.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
