Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop customized solutions.
  • Use analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Meet targets for productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Pitch campaign ideas effectively over the phone and via email, creating persuasive proposals.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication and service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Native or C2 level Dutch and B2 level English proficiency.
  • 1-2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on achieving business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a bonus).
  • Strong analytical thinking and strategic approach.
