Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to meet client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop customized solutions.
- Use analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Meet targets for productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Pitch campaign ideas effectively over the phone and via email, creating persuasive proposals.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication and service excellence.
Requirements:
- Native or C2 level Dutch and B2 level English proficiency.
- 1-2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a bonus).
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic approach.
