- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Educate customers on product features and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Document interactions and feedback accurately to enhance service quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new living environment.
- Interest in experiencing a multicultural work atmosphere.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
