What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for an HCM system analyst who will be working closely with various stakeholders such as HR Operations, HRBPs, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, IT, and Finance Systems teams, looking after Workday HCM setup, architecture, and designing in- and outbound integrations.Required skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience working with Workday, preferably in an analyst or functional support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in one or more Workday modules (preferably Benefits, Learning, or Advanced Reporting).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with WD security configuration and integration support.
  • Workday Pro certification(s) or other formal training.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (JIRA)
