For our customer, we are looking for a Workplace Citrix SME/VDI/Mobility Specialist.Project information:

• Location: Katowice or Opole or Wrocław or Poznan or Gdansk or Lublin or Warszawa or Krakow (one of the location, hybrid model of work)
• Type of employment: Standard employment contract
• Project language: German + English

Your tasks:

• Managing virtualized environment based on Citrix and Microsoft technologies
• Troubleshooting, maintenance and operational support for the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environment, including VDI infrastructure
• Performing typical activities like incident management, service request management and change management

Requirements:

• Experience with managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure – working knowledge about Desktop Delivery Controller, Storefront, profile management, Citrix policies
• Deep knowledge about Virtual Desktops troubleshooting
• Strong Windows Desktop skills
• Windows Server management
• GPO management
• Basic networking
• PowerShell scripting
• Eager to take the initiative, working independently
• Possessing strong technical and communication abilities
