Reporting into the Design Assurance organization, the Computer Systems Validation ( CSV) Validation Senior Engineer is responsible for developing low to medium complexity WW (worldwide) validation strategies for the Business Unit.

Main Responsibilities:

As a WW Validation leader, you drive validation process improvement leading cross-functional and multi-site extended validation teams (plant CSV/DI SME) without hierarchical authority. You represent the Business Unit on BD initiatives related to CSV/Data Integrity (DI) competencies & capabilities, processes, and tools.

As a Validation expert, you are responsible for combining validation expertise (ex: computerized systems, automated manufacturing equipment, test methods…), problem-solving approaches and analytical skills to support projects/complex activities.

In addition, this position plays an active role in the processes to ensure products meet customer/patient needs and quality standards consistently with both corporate and unit policies, while meeting all validation and other regulatory applicable requirements

Profile:

Engineer/master’s degree in Quality management or Science

• 5-7 years’ relevant experience like high volume and regulated industrial environment in Healthcare / Pharmaceutical / Biologics / Medical Devices industry (computerized systems, automated manufacturing equipment, data integrity…)

• Perfect knowledge of the industrial approach of validation

• Projects management skills

• Knowledge of basic statistical tools
