The opportunity

The Senior Lecturer is responsible for teaching, course development, and on-going scholarship on the BA Interior Design course that is part of the Interior Futures Programme at Chelsea College of Arts. You will work collaboratively within a course team, deploying specialist expertise to develop pedagogy and the curriculum in innovative and critical directions. You will co-lead the 2nd Year studies as well as generate content and contribute to the delivery of a student experience around enterprise and collaborative professional practice as part of a Senior Lecturer team working within the course team, deploying specialist expertise to develop the subject in innovative and critical directions through teaching and scholarly design practice. You’ll also play a part in the future design, development and delivery of the curriculum contributing to the wider CCW Design School, Interior Futures Programme in Chelsea College of Arts, building on our industry leading Interior Design courses knowledge gained from establishing,in 1975, the first three-year vocational study of Interior Design in the UK.
