Description de la mission :
Au sein de l’équipe CAR T Operations France, l’alternant(e) aura pour mission de contribuer au lancement des thérapies CAR T de BMS en France en accompagnant les équipes siège et terrain dans la formation et l’accompagnement des centres hospitaliers.
Vous aurez l’opportunité de collaborer avec de nombreux services de l’entreprise sur des problématiques transverses ainsi que sur des produits innovants qui ont un impact majeur pour les patients.
Missions :

Chargé de la gestion et du suivi des projets opérationnels en soutien de l’équipeCAR T Operations
-
Réaliser et valider des outils de formation et de communication concernant la gestion des thérapies cellulaires par les centres hospitaliers
-
Support aux activités de formation et d’accompagnement des centres hospitaliers
-
Analyse, suivi des indicateurs clés de performance
-
Analyses ad hoc des évolutions de l’environnement des thérapies cellulaires, veille concurrentielle
-
Participations aux projets et groupes de travail transverse
-
Travail en étroite collaboration avec les différents acteurs, en externe et en interne
Profil et compétences :
-
Double formation scientifique (médecin, pharmacien, scientifique, vétérinaire…) + 3ème cycle Marketing ou formation type ESC,
-
Intérêt pour la science et le monde de la santé,
-
Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l’initiative, force de proposition, bon relationnel,
-
Dynamique, esprit d’équipe, curiosité, implication,
-
Bonne maîtrise de l’informatique,
-
Anglais courant.
