As a Regional Medical Advisor, you need to have minimum 3 years of Medical Affairs related experience and a solid understanding of the role and activities of medical affairs in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, you need to have a university degree in a Medical or Life Science Field (e.g. Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology/ Biochemistry)
To be successful in this role, you should have:
-Experience with relevant therapy areas will be an added advantage (e.g. endocrinology, cardiovascular, etc.)
-Demonstrated experience in KOLs, HCPs or medical community engage
-Excellent medical communication skills and understanding of different therapy areas and phases of the product lifecycle
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in Romanian and good oral and written communication skills in English
About the department
The Clinical, Medical, and Regulatory (CMR) department at Novo Nordisk is one of the most diverse and collaborative groups within the organization. From health-care-provider interactions and developing and implementing regulatory strategies, providing medical education, collecting data to support real-world experience and supporting new product development through their life cycle. It provides clinical development, and regulatory compliance, and it is responsible for medical support of marketed and non-marketed products of high quality.
