Role Responsibilities
– Innovate and develop new products, significantly contributing to future business growth through intellectual property and market advancements.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams in research and development, business development, and marketing to drive exceptional progress.

Requirements
– Possess an MS or Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry or a related field, providing you the foundation to excel in this role.

– Proven familiarity with characterization techniques such as DSC, DMTA, GPC, FTIR, and NMR, allowing you to contribute effectively to the team’s projects.
