Job description

Role: Fire Project ManagerLocation: LondonSalary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annumTechnical Resources are recruiting for a Fire Project Manager in London with experience in managing fire system projects. The successful candidate will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety standards and managing client and contractor relationships.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage fire system projects from start to finish, with durations ranging from 1 year to 18 months.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
  • Conduct site surveys and risk assessments as part of project planning.
  • Lead and supervise engineering teams on-site to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and KPIs to key stakeholders.
  • Handle P&L responsibilities for projects, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders and team members.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Must have experience working in the Fire Industry, ideally with a proven track record of managing fire system projects.
  • Experience running projects; a step-up candidate could be considered with relevant experience.
  • FIA qualification is beneficial but not essential.
  • Located in or around London (preference for North or West London, Kent, or Essex).
