The responsibilities of a Virtual Recruiter include sourcing potential candidates through online channels, conducting virtual interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. Successful candidates will have a deep understanding of recruitment processes, superb communication skills, and a passion for helping people find their perfect job. Ultimately, the Virtual Recruiter should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract suitable candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews via video conferencing tools.
- Create and post job ads on career websites, newspapers, and university boards.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for roles.
- Evaluate resumes and applications.
- Manage the hiring paperwork.
- Prepare regular reports on your recruiting activity.
- Keep up-to-date with new recruiting methods; attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Implement strategies to improve employee retention.

Ideal ProfileQualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant certification.
