Our client has a very long history as supporting clients across a wide range of legal services and with multiple offices and with a modern approach, they have a very good reputation and always put their clients first.We are seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to manage a mixed caseload of litigious work to include civil and commercial matters. You will meet clients to understand the nature of their dispute and provide straight forward solutions, and provide a suitable outcome, to consider negotiating a settlement or court proceedings. The nature of the work will include but not be limited to:

• Landlord and Tenant
• Contentious Probate
• Contractual disputes
• Employment contracts and settlement agreements
• Boundary disputes

You will be involved with mentoring more junior fee earners and also raise your profile by attending industry events to network.
