Michael Page are excited to partner with a leading animal health services company who are looking for a European Payroll Specialist to manage all payroll functions and procedures across select European business units. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of payroll systems and payroll tax laws.The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities;

  • Manage all payroll functions for select European business units.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries.
  • Comply with local, state, and federal payroll tax laws.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data.
  • Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
  • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management.
  • Stay updated on payroll tax laws and regulations.
  • Implement new procedures and processes as needed.

European Payroll SpecialistRemote/HybridThe successful candidate will have the following experience;

  • Experience in a Payroll Position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
