Job Description:Within the central Compliance department, you join the Regulatory conduct team in charge of monitoring, strengthening and complying with ethical measures, including those relating to external interests, securities accounts, personal transactions, gifts and invitations.In collaboration with the Compliance teams of subsidiaries and branches in France and abroad, the Human Resources department, the legal, communication and IT departments, you participate in the proper application of the Ethical principles and rules of good conduct in force within Natixis.Your daily tasks are:

• Manage employee requests and statements related to professional ethics; Respond to their questions with reactivity, analyze their statements for risk assessment (conflicts of interest, reputation, competition), and support employees with regular awareness sessions on existing rules and/or new Ethics rules via the various media available;
• Manage the business card allocation system and associated controls;
• Write, contribute or update internal documentation (procedures, operating procedures, internal notes…)
• Perform controls on the application of regulations and the implementation of internal procedures;
• Respond to requests from the General Inspection and control authorities;
• Update internal and regulatory reporting.

As a Regulatory Conduct Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for updating and supervising the employee ethics system in conjunction with other team members.
