Job Title: Senior Acoustic Consultant
Location: Dublin
Salary: EUR50,000 – EUR60,000 + Benefits

An established multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Acoustic Consultant to join its expanding team based in Dublin. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled acoustics professional to step into a senior role, contributing to major building acoustics, environmental noise, and vibration projects throughout Ireland.

Working from the Dublin office, you’ll be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, and producing detailed technical documentation. You’ll also provide guidance to junior consultants and play a key part in the continued growth and success of the Dublin division.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and deliver acoustic and vibration assessments across a range of sectors

Undertake noise surveys, site inspections, and acoustic modelling
*

Produce Environmental Statement chapters and detailed technical reports
*

Manage client communication and contribute to business development activities
*

Mentor and support junior colleagues on project work
*

Collaborate with other disciplines to maintain high-quality project outcomes

Required experience and skills:

Degree in Acoustics, Physics, or a closely related field
*

At least 5 years’ experience in acoustic consultancy
*

Expertise in building acoustics, environmental noise, and vibration
*

Proficiency with modelling software such as CadnaA, SoundPLAN, or Odeon
*

Strong written and verbal communication skills
*

Membership of the Institute of Acoustics (preferred)
