Are you eager and develop your IT skills in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Professional for our branch in Romania!

Your responsibilities
-Server and client administration
-Network management and support
-Telecommunications infrastructure support
-SharePoint infrastructure management and development
-Technical support for branch offices via ticket system in different languages
-Helpdesk support

What you bring
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/business field, or equivalent experience
-Minimum 3-5 years working experience in IT support
-Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory and Ticketsystems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow)
-Experience with SharePoint development and administration
-Experience in project management
-Native speaker of Romanian language and intermediate English
-Highly Service Oriented and passionate about IT
-Independent and structured working style
-High team spirit and excellent communication skills
