Senior Consultant – Procurement & Transportation

Antwerp area

Hybrid, min. 3 days/week onsite)

About the Role

A global circular materials company is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead its Procurement & Transportation Community Excellence Team. You will drive training and development programs, manage organizational change initiatives, and strengthen communication and collaboration across global functions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and develop the Community Excellence team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
* Oversee change management, training, employee development, and communication initiatives.
* Align with global stakeholders to ensure strategic consistency and process improvement.
* Collaborate with HR and other support functions on organizational development projects.
* Benchmark best practices through external networks and industry insights.

Your Profile

* Master’s degree in economics, sciences, or similar field.
* 10+ years’ experience in learning & development, change management, or people excellence.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in procurement, logistics, or trade compliance is a plus.
* Fluent in English and Dutch.
