About this roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Academic Governance team. The successful candidate will develop expertise in key areas of higher education administration and gain valuable insight into how universities are run, working closely with senior colleagues from across UWE.We are looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable to ensure that the committees we support are effective. Responsibilities include: preparation and circulation of papers, minutes and action logs; leading on specific projects within the Academic Governance team; coordinating the management of records; and supporting effective communication of academic governance activities across the wider University. As and when workload allows, you will also contribute to the work of the Education Services Executive Administration team.About youYou are able to demonstrate a broad range of administrative expertise, including experience of preparing committee agendas and associated paperwork, taking minutes at meetings and working with confidential information.
