Academy Health and Wellbeing Physiologist West End Medical Centre | Physiology | Permanent contract | Full time Starting Salary £28,000 40 hours per weekMain duties of the jobAs an Academy Physiologist, you will: Join our multidisciplinary team of doctors, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals Complete our in-house three-week training course. Help promote health and fitness as part of our holistic, comprehensive health service Deliver health assessments that support health and wellbeing goals Support prevention as well as rehabilitation and recovery Be passionate and caring in the service you provide, putting client’s needs first Complete our award-winning preceptorship programme during your first 12 months in the roleAbout usHelping you feel good. - As an Academy Physiologist at our West End Medical Centre, you’ll bring a minimum 2:2 Sport and Exercise Science degree or equivalent.
ExperienceEssential
- You’ve studied human physiology, exercise, biochemistry, anatomy/biomechanics, psychology and nutrition. Crucially, you know how to apply this in practice.
Person SpecificationQualificationsEssential
- As an Academy Physiologist at our West End Medical Centre, you’ll bring a minimum 2:2 Sport and Exercise Science degree or equivalent.
