Administrative Officer for Deputy Headteachers and Inclusion Team

Job Type: Full Time, Part Time. (Term time only / Term time + 1 week)

Location: Westminster

Salary: Scale 5 (range 22-25) with potential to progress to Scale 6 (range 26-28)

The Role

The School is a successful 11-18 Christian non-denominational comprehensive academy for boys with a mixed sixth form. Theirs is a vibrant learning community situated in the heart of central London with all the opportunities and advantages of an inner city school. In March 2022, the school’s OFSTED inspection confirmed that the school remains a ‘Good’ school but they are restless in their ambition to be ‘Outstanding’ in time for the school’s 150th anniversary in 2027.

You are joining a successful and supportive administrative team who are collaborative and driven by ensuring the highest standards. They are ambitious for every student, and see all support staff as essential in providing transformative education.

As part of this vital new role, you will split your time between being a Personal Assistant to both Deputy Headteachers (Academic and Pastoral) and providing specific administrative support for the school’s Inclusion Manager and SENDCO. They particularly welcome applicants from a global majority heritage background and are open to looking at flexible working arrangements for excellent candidates.
