An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspiring HR professional to join North Lincolnshire Council’s newly formed senior leadership team.You will develop further the HR function across the council, enhancing the vision and strategy of the team while providing senior level advice to the council’s senior leadership team.Leading on all matters relating to Human Resources, candidates will improve the development of strategic aims, ensuring best-in-class policies are advanced further. We are seeking someone who will ensure policies are enabling, outcome-focussed and aligned to residents’ priorities. You must be able to ensure they are understood, owned and implemented across the organisation.The Assistant Director Human Resources will play a pivotal role in further shaping the ambitious vision and priorities for residents.
