Architectural Technologist

Location: Bedford

Salary: GBP30-40,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to join a highly respected and award-winning multidisciplinary practice based in Bedford. Renowned for delivering innovative, design-led projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, the team continues to expand and is now seeking a talented and driven individual to contribute to a diverse portfolio of high-quality developments.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare precise and comprehensive technical drawings and specifications
* Support the preparation and submission of planning and building regulation applications
* Collaborate effectively with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
* Conduct site visits and provide technical support during the construction phase
* Ensure all designs and documentation comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry best practice

Skills & Experience

* HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology (or equivalent)
* Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
* Experience delivering residential and commercial projects
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
* Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
