Enigmatic Smile builds critical payment-linked rewards infrastructure on a planetary scale. We are the worlds largest rewards infrastructure company and looking for a BA to join our team.The challengeWe have a few projects we’d like to start, which need requirements. We also need to create or revamp processes as we scale up. With massive growth in the past 12-18 months, things need a keen eye to straighten them out.Who are we?We’re a team that like to work hard and have fun whilst doing it.Where in the world are we?Although this role is primarily remote, it will require time in Glasgow each week, given that a few of our key stakeholders are based here. Once we estalish ways of working for this role, we expect working in the office will become less of a need.RequirementsResponsibilities:

  • Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions
  • Work closely with the technology and operations teams where needed
  • Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, business requirements, and process flow diagrams as needed to articulate what is required
  • Conduct research and analysis to support business decision-making
  • Identify and document potential risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to business teams related to system functionalities and processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, and analyse diverse opinions and facts
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including managing challenging stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience in financial technology or related industries is a plus, but not essential
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
