A global travel organisation are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst with experience of customer journey mapping on digital projects, to join their growing technology function in London. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in the office, which is a short walk from Victoria Train Station.In this role, you’ll be working on a brand-new programme of work, which will be focused on combining and streamlining their various global travel brands, ultimately providing customers with more choice, an enhanced customer experience / customer journey, and improving customer loyalty. This programme of work is being driven by their CEO and, as such, will be a huge focus for the business over the next few years, making it an incredibly exciting time to get involved.The project is currently at its very beginning, and so we’re looking for a BA who has prior experience working through the discovery phase of complex projects to figure out scope and next-steps. You’ll need experience of customer journey mapping, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills, as this role will involve presenting to and influencing executive-level stakeholders across the world (including Business, IT and 3rd Party suppliers).This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BA to join a truly collaborative, family-run organisation who are constantly looking to improve their service offering for their customers.   • Experience working as a BA on technical / digital / marketing projects
  • Experience with customer journey mapping
  • Experience working on the discovery phase of projects
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology, including writing and managing user stories
  • Ability to take ownership and initiative to see problems through to resolution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills including Business, IT and 3rd Party Vendors
