At SERT, we’re working in partnership with one of the UK’s fastest-growing groups at the forefront of green energy, FM delivery, energy brokerage, and renewables installation. Together, we’re supporting the UK’s journey towards net-zero and we’re looking for ambitious sales professionals to help us drive growth.This is a remote-first position with strong backing from delivery and operational teams. You’ll be responsible for identifying and converting B2B opportunities across key sectors, including housing, construction, energy, and sustainable infrastructure.If you’re looking for a role where your work directly contributes to real-world impact and where your earning potential grows with your results this could be the move you’ve been waiting for.What you’ll be doing:Generating, developing and closing B2B sales leads within the facilities management, energy, and housing sectorsBuilding trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in property, sustainability, and operationsPromoting a broad range of integrated services, including:Energy efficiency consultancyHard and soft FM service deliveryIndustry training programmesGreen and renewable energy solutionsCollaborating with our in-house recruitment and delivery teams to provide end-to-end client solutionsManaging your pipeline via CRM tools and reporting on performance, forecasts, and activityWhat we’re looking for:We’re keen to hear from driven professionals with strong communication skills and a consultative approach to selling.
