As a Category Development Manager at Reckitt, your strategies will directly impact on our success in engaging shoppers. You’ll partner with key customers using insights to inform their category strategy, whilst focusing on the fine details of the 4Ps (Product, Price, Promotion, Place). In this position, you’ll engage with a variety of teams to create category plans that resonate with customers and drive our brands to new heights. – Build category-specific strategies, using the 4Ps to drive sales and improve our market position.
– Transform brand strategy into action plans that excite our customers and integrate seamlessly with their shopping environments.
– Fuel strategies with deep market insights, keeping abreast of trends and competitor movements.
– Direct the annual range review and 4P planning process, creating success models that the Sales team can deliver.
– Lead new product initiatives, ensuring the marketplace feels our presence and grasps the value we offer.
– Perform in-depth financial modelling to support strategic decisions and drive operational excellence.The experience we’re looking for– Solid background in sales or marketing with a proven track record of crafting compelling customer marketing actions.
– Sharp commercial instinct and a deep understanding of the Customer Management Process.
– Analyses various data sources with ease, converting them into measurable and actionable plans.
– Effective communicator and influencer, adept at stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
