Learn more atThe Electrophysiology team in Italy is currently seeking for a Clinical Support Specialist, who will take in in charge the responsibility of our products in Lazio Region.You will join the Sales Team and be prepared to successfully lead the deployment of our commercial strategy in your own territory, thanks to a best-in-class training program for new joiners that will include technical and commercial skills.In particular, the Clinical Support Specialist will:support doctors and electrophysiologists in the ablation procedures of complex tachycardias through the use of the 3D CARTO electro anatomical mapping system in the Electrophysiology operating roommanage relationships with all clinical interlocutors involved in the evaluation and purchase of the Division’s products;solve, in support of customer needs, on problems that arise in the use of products/systems and develop any alternative solutions;be constantly updated on our products/system portfolio and know the competitive environment;deliver training programs on our products to clinical staff (physicians, nurses, technicians)QUALIFICATIONSFor this position we are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:Master’s Degree in Biomedical EngineeringA brilliant academic track record is preferredA past experience in Electrophysiology segment is preferredItalian native, good knowledge of both written and oral EnglishExcellent knowledge of the Office packageDomicile or residence in LazioWillingness to travel throughout the Italian territoryCustomer focus, results-driven attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment * Driving license, type B
