You’ll:Support with Daily Living: Help clients with personal care, hygiene routines, dressing, and meals.Be a Friendly Face: Offer companionship and conversation, promoting wellbeing and social connection.Keep Things Clean & Safe: Support with light domestic duties and ensure care items are clean and hygienic.Help in the Community: Assist with local errands like shopping or pension collections.Stay Connected: Report changes in client wellbeing to the care team and complete care records accurately.About the roleThis role is perfect for someone who wants to give back to the community, especially if you enjoy supporting others and working independently.You don’t need formal qualifications-we provide full training, including the opportunity to achieve your Care Certificate and QCF Level 2 (NVQ) in Health and Social Care.We’re looking for someone with a genuine desire to help people, a reliable attitude, and a willingness to travel between client homes as part of the job.Ready to Make a Difference?If this sounds like the role for you, we’d love to hear from you! - A caring and compassionate approach
- The ability to communicate clearly in English
- Basic literacy and numeracy
- A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- A satisfactory DBS check
- Ability to travel independently between clients
Desired Criteria
- Experience in care, personal support, or dementia care
- A QCF (NVQ Level 2) in Health and Social Care
