Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Peterborough
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shifts: Various shifts available between 0700 and 2015
5 days out of 7, working every 2nd weekend
Pay: £12.60 – £12.75 per hour, dependant on experienceDo you have experience with providing high standards of customer service?Do you want to become part of a team that will provide training, and ongoing career opportunities?We are working with a client who will want to hear from you!Duties:· Delivering high levels of customer service by responding to questions and queries
· Supporting the aftercare department, and resolving any issues
· Dealing with any complaints when required
· Basic data entry skills, and updating the system when required
· Always Offering a first-class level of Customer Service, and going the extra mile for all customersExperience:· Experience working within a Customer Service position for at least 6 months in retail, hospitality or contact centre
· To have a passion for providing excellent levels of Customer Service
· To have a good knowledge of computersA full 12-week training programme will be provided for the right candidates.After a successful probation period of 3-6 months, our client will offer the opportunity to apply for hybrid working. This will involve working at least 1 day per week in the office in Peterborough.
