Customer Service Manager Trafford Park £30-£35,000 doeWorking for a leading European manufacturing and retail distribution business based in the heart of Trafford Park
- Lead & manage a team of five customer service professionals, with a strong focus on customers, efficiency and delivery on time
- Managing the entire order process from initial order through to despatch, delivery and receipt of invoicing
- Monitoring the daily operations and CRM management system, reporting on any system failures
- Resolving escalated customer issues efficiently, implementing best practices to reduce.
- Maintaining CRM database, utilising information to create reports and customer feedback surveys.
- Monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively making process improvements for the dept to the benefit of the business and customer.
