We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor to join our team based at Tonbridge Castle.Reporting to the Tonbridge Castle, Events & Customer Services Manager, you will undertake a customer facing role supporting our telephony service to residents providing excellent multi skilled customer service across all access channels as well as Tonbridge Tourist Information Centre, Castle Attraction and Conference Centre.Educated to GCSE grade C standard or above in maths and English (or equivalent), you will have previous experience of providing a customer focussed, front-line, public enquiry service. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, and demonstrate confident IT skills.There is a lot to learn, so you must be prepared to assimilate and retain a large amount of information quickly and demonstrate a “can-do” approach to your work.
