We are looking for a Deputy Chief Impact Officer at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation.

 

The Role:

 

Jointly with the rest of the Impact Leadership Team (ILT), to provide strategic direction and leadership in line with our feminist and decolonial approach and our values. To lead strategic planning, culture and well-being work, process improvement, collaborative ways of working, and business operations to enable the wider Division to succeed. To programme manage the delivery of Impact Division transformation plans to embed decolonial approaches and ways of working to 2030, collaborating across and beyond the Division.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

 

  • A deep commitment to feminist, anti-racist and decolonial practice
  • Experience in the international solidarity sector, preferably in a Confederated/Federated structure
  • Experience managing complexity, transformation and delivering change to culture, processes, and ways of working
  • An inspiring, collaborative leader and communicator
  • Excellent facilitation skills, with proven ability to build collaborative, open and inclusive design processes
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects and providing data and insights to decision-makers, with good attention to detail

We believe flexible working is key to building the Oxfam of the future, so we’re open to talking through the type of flexible arrangements which might work for you. We think this role would work particularly well with compressed hours, or as a home-based role with occasional travel to Oxford, Manchester, and London.
