DescriptionPosition at LHH (Global)Director- Sales Development (SDR)-Europe, UK basedAn exciting opportunity exists in our sales Development organisation for a 2nd-line Manager looking to further their career in a hyper-growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment.You will be a critical contributor to the corporate sales strategy, providing a healthy and reliable Inbound and Outbound pipeline to support the overall sales organisation and achieve the region’s objectives.Role is to be based in London, the United Kingdom.Reporting Relationships:

  • Reports to VP of Global Sales Development

Direct Reports:

  • Direct Reports will be the SDR Managers and SDR teams in Europe

Location:

  • London, UK
  • Hybrid with minimum 2 days at the office

Travel:

  • Occasionally

In this role you can expect toKey Accountabilities

  • Lead a rapidly growing group of 1st line SDR Managers and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with focus on scaling and evolving the organisation
  • Coach and develop Sales Development Managers, collaborate with the marketing and sales programs teams on demand generation plans, partner with Sales Management in the region to meet targets, and engage with recruitment to hit annual hiring goals
  • Drive rigorous sales development execution, ensuring target attainment, accurate forecasts and total transparency
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier talent, cultivating a team of high performers through impactful coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunities
  • Inspire & motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned management, coaching, creative sales incentives, and broadcast of results
  • Create scalable, data-driven processes and playbooks that enable the team to achieve and exceed pipeline and revenue goals, while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience
  • Participate in European wide projects to drive fast and consistent innovation and keep the organisation processes and methodologies agile and ahead of the market
  • Promote the organisation across the wider business and champion LHH’s values of trust, personal growth, diversity, giving back and innovation

All About You

  • 5+ years’ experience leading an SDR team of 30+, including managers that directly report to you
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding pipeline generation and revenue objectives
  • Experience defining processes, building playbooks for others to follow in a fast- growing company
  • Experience building, scaling and leading a team with both inbound and outbound responsibilities while maintaining a strong focus on people, culture, and results
  • A creative problem-solving mindset and the ability to implement unique solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Highly collaborative approach with the ability to navigate change and align teams around common objectives
