Service Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

In this position, you will carry out service assignments at our customers’ industrial sites (paper mills) in the South-West region (from Landes to Haute-Vienne) of France, either face-to-face or remotely. Reporting to the Field service activity manager, your practical experience and knowledge of customer needs will help you not only to build strong relationships with customers, but also to identify new business opportunities. The working model for this position is as follows: Linkedin #hybrid You will be working mainly for our stationery business and will be responsible for: – Provide technical assistance, commissioning and revamping services at customer sites, either face-to-face or remotely. – Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations on equipment in accordance with service contracts – Contribute to customer loyalty by making technical proposals to improve operations and customer service. – Contribute to the development of sales by identifying new business opportunities with customers in the geographical area. – Ensure on-call and contractual services for customers under contract – Comply with safety rules and regulations (ABB and customer sites) and applicable procedures. Qualifications for the role

• Bac+2 CIRA, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years’ experience in industry (maintenance, etc.)
• Desired knowledge of instrumentation, control and regulation, industrial computing and automation
• English: good level required (written/oral)
• Teamwork, collaboration, autonomy, commercial skills
• Travel in Mimizan, the South-West region and occasionally other regions.
