We are seeking a professional and highly motivated Finance Business Partner to join WWT at an
exciting time of growth.
The Role
You will have a strong customer service focus and build effective and collaborative
relationships with budget holders across the WWT group, ensuring that useful and timely
information is provided to relevant managers to enable good decision making. The role also
offers opportunities to develop internal processes and reporting.
You will need to deal professionally with managers and budget holders within WWT, solving
complex accounting issues and working flexibly to support the Finance Business Partner team
adapt systems to organisational change. The post holder will also assist with the compilation
of the annual budget, forecast and annual audit.
About You
To join as our Finance Business Partner you will:
- Bring experience of working collaboratively with managers across an organisation, providing
solutions to complex accounting issues and improving their understanding of their management
accounts - Have some management account experience, including supporting the production of management
accounts, budgeting and forecasting - Have a high level of competence in Excel
- Have an awareness of charity accounting
- Bring strong communication skills

For this role we can offer flexibility around working from home. It is expected the role will
need to attend a WWT site 2 to 3 times a week and as required for key meetings. If this is of
interest then we are happy to discuss this at interview stage. Occasional travel to other WWT
locations will be required.
