We’re looking for an experienced Finance Systems Business Analyst to join a global organisation’s transformation team, supporting the delivery of finance systems and process change projects.In this role, you will:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Map and improve finance processes, ensuring data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops, support project planning, and contribute to business case development.
• Assist with system and process testing, change management, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with teams across finance, technology, and shared services to deliver impactful change.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in finance process mapping, requirements gathering, and business analysis.
• Understanding of finance systems/ERP and related data flows.
• Experience working on change or transformation projects, ideally in a global environment.
• Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.
