Understanding what data to collect, how to analyse it, and how to draw out the relevant insights is vital to providing evidence that decision-makers can rely on.Our team has extensive experience of providing data-led causal and predictive insights using methods from the fields of econometrics, statistics, data science, simulation and experimental design. Our multidisciplinary approach enables us to harness the best of these methods and apply our expertise in numerous sectors and geographies.Your role in the Data Science and Analytics teamCollaborate closely with colleagues and clients to resolve complex issues based on the analysis of large and complex datasetsConduct empirical and quantitative analysis in Excel, Stata, R and/or Python, with a focuson advanced methods in econometrics and machine learningWrite reports, presentations and articles, independently or in conjunction with othersWe’re looking for:An undergraduate degree (essential) and a postgraduate degree in a quantitative subject with a significant statistics component, with a minimum of 2:1 UK or its equivalentA solid background in econometrics, machine learning and statistical programming (desirable)Knowledge of programming languages such as Stata, R or PythonProblem-solving and analytical skillsA collaborative team player approachFluency in spoken and written English.
