PURPOSE: Oxfam GB Pakistan has decided to phase out and archive data from previous years. HR has vast amounts of data to reconcile and filter through. We are looking for an intern support HR team to examine, reconcile and archive HR data.

 

Objectives

The HR Intern will have the following objectives:

  1. Support National HR team in completion of Archiving for last ten years for Oxfam Pakistan.
  2. As per checklist provided by HR coordinator review and identify the missing essential documents in soft and hard personnel files.
  3. Complete the missing documents in hard and soft files as per checklist. Ensure that all documents are filed under the same checklist on each medium.
  4. Keep track of checklist provided by HR team finalized for Archiving plan.
  5. Identify the miscellaneous documents not related to HR /not needed for archiving, separate them under discard space.
  6. Prepare personnel file in its best condition.
  7. After completion make sure to scan the files in best possible way and upload on BOX
  8. Complete the task as per deadlines and share Final report with HR team.

Timeframe

The assignment is for 3 months from the Start date and can be extended based on need.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Professional Qualification or enrolled in a professional degree program in Human Resources, Management Administration, and/or related field.
  • Good knowledge in operational and administrative work
  • Good communication and coordination skill
  • Experience of MS Office specifically MS Excel
