You will assist in the management of documentation, coordinate with Service Managers on critical initiatives, and ensure the quality execution of IT application controls while participating in cybersecurity activities.   • Collaborate with the team to achieve current objectives.
  • Assist Service Integrators with ad-hoc requests, including reviewing Working Instructions, SLAs, Knowledge Bases, and other service documentation, as well as updating IMDL roles and SNOW records.
  • Engage with local, global, and third-party teams to foster effective collaboration.
  • Coordinate with IBM Service Managers on various initiatives, such as reviewing and testing IT Disaster Recovery plans.
  • Ensure the quality execution of IT application controls.
  • Oversee AWS cost optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions for data analysis.
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions and meetings.
  • Manage light project management tasks.
  • Participate in cybersecurity activities, including monitoring and assisting with patch implementation and Windows migration at the workstation level, as well as tracking vulnerabilities that may impact services.
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CET).

Job RequirementsQualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Service Management Framework (ITIL 4 practices).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic AWS knowledge, particularly in cost optimization.
  • Knowledge of IMDL, ServiceNow, and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Understanding of AGILE methodology is a plus.
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
