Summary:

We are looking for a
motivated and skilled E2E Test Lead with a solid understanding of cloud business models and processes to join our team supporting
Key Programs and Initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on
AI-driven and agentic testing approaches, helping shape the future of quality assurance while gaining experience in cutting-edge technologies. The position is currently posted in
Prague, CZ, but we are also looking for colleagues in
Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The Role
:

-Execute and coordinate
end-to-end (E2E) testing activities for critical IT programs, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
-Support the adoption of
AI and agentic testing techniques, including intelligent automation and adaptive test agents.
-Develop and maintain E2E test plans, scripts, and scenarios, leveraging AI tools for efficiency and accuracy.
-Collaborate with CPIT test leads, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth testing processes.
-Work closely with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
-Utilize tools such as Jira, Xray, and Tosca for test management and defect tracking.
-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and methodologies.
-Report on testing progress, metrics, and quality outcomes.
-Participate in workshops and training sessions on
AI in testing and agentic automation.
Role Requirements
:

-Hands-on experience in
E2E testing for IT projects, ideally within a cloud or enterprise environment.
-Familiarity with
AI-driven testing concepts or a strong interest in learning and applying them.
-Good understanding of software testing methodologies and Agile/SAFe principles.
-Experience with test management tools (Jira, Xray, Tosca).
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
-Exposure to various testing types (functional, performance, security) is a plus.
-Willingness to learn and grow into advanced testing practices, including
agentic systems and intelligent automation.
