We are an exciting and ambitious start-up that launched to market in 2020 and has since become one of the fastest-growing fitness products in the UK. In 2023 we also launched a new product in partnership with Sky TV, which is currently revolutionising the future of at-home fitness.At WithU, product design sits at the very heart of everything we do. Our suite of products aims to leverage best-in-class UX techniques and we are looking to grow our design function at scale to support these expectations.The successful candidate will work in a scrum environment alongside a tight startup development team, driving towards major feature launches this yearYou will be:Collaborating in a lean UX environment to create solutions to our user’s problemsOwning and driving design solutions within a fast-growing suite of productsCollaborating with a design team to create and maintain a design systemCreating conceptual wireframes to test concepts with customersValidating and iterating designs with our customers and your stakeholdersExecuting designs in polished UI in close collaboration with developersOwning UX prototype testing, utilising usertesting.com and other BETA testing environmentsAbout You:You will have 2 years of experience designing mobile appsYou’re a creative problem-solver.You’re used to working closely with developers and product managersYou have experience analysing data to adopt a developing, shipping and iterating with a focus attitudeAwareness of design thinking or other relevant design methodologiesStrong experience in using design tools (e.g Figma)Comfortable prototyping Candidates must be residing in the Uk and available for office visits when required.
