Your responsibilities will include leading the team to deliver an exceptional service to our patients and consultants, ensuring an unparalleled patient centred experience.   • Leading the Medical Secretary team to consistently deliver an exceptional service to all GenesisCare patients and consultants
  • Monitoring and allocation of resources to align to capacity and demand for services
  • To ensure compliance with GenesisCare administrative processes to confirm data documented is accurate and contemporaneous, minimising errors
  • Ensuring compliance to policy and legislation, particularly with respect to information governance, patient confidentiality and competition and markets authority guidance

What You’ll Have:Experience and skills:

  • Marked experience as a Medical Secretary
  • Experience of management and leadership
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Helpful, responsive and reassuring when dealing with patients and their families
  • Experience of managing diaries and schedules
  • Experience of referral triaging and booking processes
  • Ability to work accurately and methodically with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Polite, professional and compassionate attitude
  • Ability to work to tight timeframes and meet deadlines
  • Creating and updating databases

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Medical terminology
  • Able to demonstrate experience of working with Microsoft office and databases
