The
Position
As leader of Dalmatia, you will be responsible to design, develop and implement the business plan for your geographical area to ensure company objectives are achieved. You will measure, track, analyze and present key metrics: prescription depth and breadth planning, reporting and effort analysis. You are expected to contribute to the national business plan by achieving targets through implementation of marketing and promotion strategies aimed at effectively presenting and promoting Novo Nordisk products to healthcare professionals. This position is 100% field based.
Your main accountabilities will
be:
-Ensure territory sales, responsibility for covering the designated territory
effectively.
-Regular HCPs visits, participated in NN internal and external congress and symposiums, organized
WS.
-Conduct customer contacts and register customer contact in IO Engage, build effective relationships with assigned customers, provide them with information on our products, devices and indications and ensure consistent follow up.
-Responsible for presenting Novo Nordisk products according to promotional cycles and execute according to marketing strategy, work according to Business Ethics procedure, to local law, NN Way and NN policies & guidelines.
-Regular visits (F2F, Phone, Virtual) to targeted HCPs, participate in NN internal and external congress and symposiums, organized WS. Participate and contribute effectively to regional meetings, national, participate in and contribute effectively to cross functional collaboration (field functions).
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
-University
degree – ideally Pharmacist, Medical doctor, or related field.
-Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical
sales must have.
-Croatian language at the level of a native speaker, fluent
English.
-Valid driving license and willingness to
travel.
-Intermediate computer skills required (Windows, Word, Excel)
As a person, you are a team player, energetic, passionate about living healthy and obesity treatment. You are comfortable with taking initiative and have a strong personal drive and dedication. You have entrepreneurship mind set, you are strong influencer, having strong selling, communication and presentation skills, knowledge of NN products and therapies.

Novo Nordisk started in Croatia in 1991, the affiliate is part of the Business Area Southeast Europe (BASEE) in the Region Southeast Europe, Middle East & Africa (SEEMEA). We are a dedicated team of 40 people based in Bundek Centar in Zagreb.
