- Job Title: Mental Health Nurse – Band 5
- Location: Various ward-based settings
- Duration: Ongoing contract
- Schedule: Flexible shifts – Days, Nights, and Weekends available
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Pay Rates:
- £20 per hour – Days
- £25 per hour – Nights
- £30 per hour – Sundays

What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as a Mental Health Nurse in a ward-based setting, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Your responsibilities will include:✔ Planning and delivering direct patient care without supervision
✔ Supporting service users with mental health conditions in an inpatient setting
✔ Conducting risk assessments and implementing care plans
✔ Supervising and mentoring healthcare assistants
✔ Ensuring compliance with the Mental Health Act, Care Programme Approach, and NMC standards
✔ Managing medication safely and effectively
✔ Contributing to multi-disciplinary team meetings and care reviewsRequirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:✔ A valid NMC registration and pin
✔ Previous experience as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) in a ward setting
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
✔ A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
