An opportunity to join the Organisational and Staff Development Team at Middlesex University at an exciting time and play a key role in helping to develop our staff to provide an exceptional education for our students. 

As the Organisational and Staff Development Assistant you will support the programmes and projects delivered by the team across the University providing a high level of organisation, administration and customer service. It’s a fast-paced role, which includes promoting and organising staff development activities. Working primarily with the Learning and Development Manager, you will assist in the development of course materials & training resources to support the delivery of programmes designed to meet university strategic objectives. 

You will be responsible for providing an approachable, professional first line of support to colleagues within the team, as well as managing the customer-focussed functions of scheduling courses, timetabling and facilitating course bookings, liaising with internal and external training providers, and opening and closing training sessions, ensuring evaluation surveys feed into continuous improvement activities. You will also be inputting and updating learning records, coordinating feedback reporting mechanisms and compiling periodic reports. 

This post is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with excellent time management and innovative IT skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, to join the Organisational and Staff Development team at Middlesex University.
