Position: Senior Program Manager
Location: Athens, Greece
About the Business Unit
My client, a global leader in wireless connectivity solutions, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their Wireless IoT Hardware Radio team. This group is responsible for developing next-generation high-performance wireless transceiver ICs, driving the future evolution of Wi-Fi IP and related technologies.
About the Role
As Senior Program Manager, you will take ownership of multiple complex programs, from definition through to successful delivery. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure technical milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and programs are executed with precision.
Key Responsibilities
-Define, develop, and drive execution of project plans including schedules, resources, deliverables, and risks
-Monitor program progress and ensure timely achievement of milestones
-Identify potential risks and maintain an active risk tracker with mitigation plans
-Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
-Coordinate communication between multiple teams to ensure smooth execution
-Report regularly on progress to senior leadership
Qualifications
-Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering
-5+ years of experience in Program Management or related fields
-Experience collaborating with multiple internal teams in a large organization
-3+ years of experience engaging with senior leadership (Director level and above)
-2+ years of experience using program management tools such as dashboards, Gantt charts, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
-Fluency in English
-Background in wireless communication standards is highly desirable
-Strong understanding of telecommunications ICs and systems
-Flexible, proactive, and dynamic mindset
