Job description
We are looking for a Product Owner HR Workday to support a large-scale migration project.
- Gather and formalize HR business requirements
- Define and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
- Write user stories and ensure functional consistency
- Coordinate communication between HR, IT teams, and implementation partners
- Support change management and ensure successful adoption of Workday
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks
Exposure to large-scale transformation projectsInternational environment
- Proven experience as a Product Owner on HRIS projects, ideally with Workday (but really open to other EPR)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and migration challenges
- Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and engage teams
- Excellent communication and change management skills
