In the 2021 Research Excellence Framework we achieved the highest rating in our unit of assessment (UoA2) for outputs, with a Grade Point Average of 3.71 and 94% considered as ‘internationally excellent’ or ‘world leading’.The roleWe are recruiting new academic staff to support the development of research and education in the Faculty of Medicine and contribute to our high-quality research outputs, impact and environment.Appointees will be expected to contribute to research, education, enterprise, and leadership, but with a focus on leading internationally excellent research in primary care, public health, or population science.This post is offered as either a clinical or non-clinical basis and either full-time or part-time.About youYou will need to have a PhD or equivalent professional qualifications and experience in a relevant field and a well-established national and international reputation in Primary Care, Public Health, or Population Health Research.How to ApplyPlease submit details for 3 referees and include your publication list with your application.
