Laboratory Process Technician – Amersfoort Area

About the Role
As a Laboratory Process Technician, you’ll be an integral part of a small and dedicated R&D team. You will independently plan and execute material analyses that directly support the development of innovative dental products. Working closely with engineers and scientists, your contributions will help bring high-quality, safe, and effective dental solutions to the global market.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and perform laboratory tests based on established test plans and procedures

Operate analytical instruments to assess material properties and performance
*
Document, analyze, and report results with accuracy and attention to detail
*
Communicate unusual test outcomes or deviations to the engineering team
*
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
*
Manage lab supplies and ensure all equipment is in working order
*
Follow technical instructions from R&D engineers and cross-functional partners
*
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and workflows
Your Profile
Proven experience as a lab or process technician, ideally in an R&D or production setting
*
MBO-level education in chemistry, materials science, or a related technical field
*
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
*
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
*
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus
*
Familiarity with lab safety and chemical handling protocols
*
Experience with UV-curable acrylate systems is a significant advantage
*
Detail-oriented, structured, and able to follow through on technical instructions
